Return Policy

What can I return?

  • You may return any item purchased from Zinnia Store that is unused, in new condition or any item that was damaged upon receipt (You may be requested to submit a video proof of the damaged product receipt).

  • Customised styles, kids wear, blouses & accessories are non-returnable.


Who pays for shipping and what are the return charges?

  • Shipping charges are standard shipping via DTDC or equivalent courier service for the items ordered from Delhi to your location.

  • For orders delivered within India - FREE Returns

Are there any duties and taxes?

  • For customers within India, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of GST.


When will I get my refund?

  • No cash refund is provided. You may return the product and get another size for the same item.


How can I claim my return?

  • We will accept returns within 7 days via email notification to zinnia.sapnagupta@gmail.com. Please mention your order details and reason for return in the email. Our Service Manager will revert back to you within 48 hours’ time.

  • You can also return/exchange at our Zinnia stores in Delhi/NCR, India.


Can I return in store and get it exchange?


  • Yes, you can return in store and get it exchange. You will need to raise a return/exchange via email to zinnia.sapnagupta@gmail.com. Just mention in email if you are planning to get it exchanged from the store.


Product purchased online can be picked up in store?


  • No. As of now online product range for Zinnia products is different from the store products. Store visits are by appointment only, in case you wish to visit the store to view other needs, please book an appointment via email to zinnia.sapnagupta@gmail.com or WhatsApp/message to +91 72729 12000.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? 


  • Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
